- water cooled engine, you'll have to fill it with anti-freez. I am not sure if its the same kind they use for automotive, but you want to check with your dealer or owner manual.
- Use a 50 / 50 mix of aluminum compatible anti-freeze / coolant. It works better for cooling and protects your engine. Budd
- Go to your local motorcycle shop and by Honda coolant. It is cheap, premixed and will work in any 2 wheeled machine.
- I use regular anti freeze, works fine
- use 50/50 mix of prestone or zerex. make sure you use the coolant that is for aluminum engines. i have a 1985 honda gl1200 LTD goldwing and i use zerex 50/50 premix.strait water will corrode the cooling system.
- Bwteen the owners manual you didnt read, and the dealer who services your type machine. They will have what you need.
