games to play with a motorbike?

we have 2 motorbikes and acres of land (im on a farm) what are some games we could play with them not allowed to build a motorcross track and cant tear up the fields. my brother wont play chicken so we need something else

2. Play chicken. It's garanteed to be fun. Or you could see who can tear up the most field in a day with their tyres. Or you could build a motocross park.
