scooters..??!!?

I am looking to buy a scooter for work. I don't know nothing about them at all. But I saw this one called City bug Electric scooter moped 350 W for $349.99. Is that a good scooter and or good deal?! what's maintence like for one of these?! I know very little about gas or eleectirc scooters..??!! thanks
