How do I adjust a carter model n carburator for whizzer motorbike? there are two needle valves on this carb, one on the top and one on the left side at an angle. which one is the high end adjustment and which is the low end adjustment?

Whizzer motorbike chain conversion? Is there a way to change the Whizzer motorbike to a chain drive? by way of a kit or similar? and does it give a better top speed? To uncleanel, The Whizzer is basically a beach cruiser bike with a small 4 stroke engine attached, and a bunch of accesories to resemble a motorcycle, but can still be pedal powered, and is still a bicycle. am I right? or is it really considered a motorcycle after those parts are added?

how to tighten whizzer drive belt? i have a 1999 whizzer motorbike and i need to know how to tighten the drive belt. thanks--scz

Is a license needed to operate a peddle motorbike? I don't know exactly what they're called, but the Whizzer brand makes them.
