Any idea on the law regarding mini motorbikes? For the last few weeks we've been plagued by young kids riding mini motos up and down our street, either on the pavement or on the road. None of the kids (the oldest about 16, the youngest 10ish) wear helmets, they zoom from the pavement, in between parked cars onto the road and back again without any heed paid to pedestrians or motorists - I don't know how they've managed to escape serious accident so far. Why do people with loud cars and motorbikes rev the engines and take half an hour to pull out of their drives? It's annoying especially when you live next door to them.
